Field Engineer - Radio Products (Kalgoorlie)

Our client is a dynamic Australian owned international organisation that specialises in sophisticated communications systems. Their success has led to the need to engage an additional Field Engineer for their busy service and repai r department based in Kalgoorlie. The position entails regular travel throughout Australia and occasional short international assignments.

Working with the most technologically advanced products in the world you will join a tight-knit team that will provide you with development, training and support. You will be responsible for installation, inspection, test and repair of systems. The customer is looking for hard-working and productive individuals who are looking to build a career within their organisation.  Excellent salary package and generous relocation costs paid for the right individuals.

The successful applicant will have the following:

• Tertiary or trade qualifications in electronics and or    Telecommunications essential
• Experience with VHF, UHF and 802.11 systems
• Installation and maintenance of radio equipment
• Fibre optic systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to organise your work schedules to achieve maximum productivity
• Ability to integrate with a close-knit multi-disciplinary team
• Ability and willingness to travel
