It has over recent years gone through considerable cultural and commercial growth and now has over 20 different facilities and employs 1,200 staff.

 

An opportunity now exists for a proactive and hands on individual to work closely with the Divisional General Manager and to take responsibility for the overall management of three facilities this organisation operates in the South West.

 

This role can be based in Mandurah or Bunbury and is accountable for the performance of three site based Managers and ultimately another 300 staff. The key responsibilities relate to people leadership, clinical excellence, operations, innovation, business improvement, and financial management.

 

This senior leadership position is for a person capable of translating vision and strategy into a multi faceted operational environment. It is well suited to an individual with current Nurses Board of WA registration and who has, or plans to augment their hands on experience in the healthcare sector with further studies in a business related discipline.
