You will be a natural leader with a strong ability to support and manage your staff. Being the face of the facility, your skills in building instant rapport and long lasting relationships will be highly regarded. You will have a proven track record in experience with ACFI with sound knowledge and understanding of the key drivers of the Aged Care industry. Ideally, you will have a track record meeting and exceeding budget expectations whilst promoting resident wellbeing.
